FURGESON INSPECTIONS
An Essential Element in Home Buying
Having a residential inspection done by a professional before buying or selling a home is a necessary step to
expose any unknown defects of the property.
A well inspection is an important step when purchasing a home. It will identify if the components in the well are operating as they should and if there is adequate water pressure.
Getting the quality of water supply to a home tested is important to ensure the health and safety of you and your family.
Having your septic tank inspected can save you thousands of dollars from major septic repairs if issues are not caught early on.
To ensure you and your family are safe from mold infestations, we give our clients a full assessment with every home inspection.
Getting a wood destroying organism (WDO) inspection will help you determine if there are pests in your home so you can determine your next steps.

Purchasing a home is one of the biggest decisions you will make for yourself and your family, which makes choosing the right home inspector so important. Every home inspector has varying qualifications, equipment, reporting methods, and pricing. Ultimately a thorough home inspection depends heavily on the individual inspectors’ knowledge and experience. Scott’s diligent training and extensive background will benefit you during your pursuit for home.
Everyone involved, especially the buyers and sellers need to understand and know the condition of the property. Throughout our experiences, we have found it is imperative to communicate and work directly with the client to ensure they understand what is actually inspected and what is not.
Our job is to make sure the client understands all aspects of the inspection process, and we do not stop there. Should you have any questions or concerns after the report you are encouraged to give us a call and we will provide you with an explanation of the report and options to assist you in making a confident decision about your property.
